Head of Partnerships and Communication
New Wine has recently undergone a restructure, shaping the team to deliver a refreshed vision for local churches to change nations. This role has been created to head up a newly formed team bringing together the Leadership network, communications, marketing and business development.
The organisation has a growing reliance on Church leaders and an increased focus on sustainable non-event-dependent income. The role requires outstanding strategic planning and leadership skills combined with an ability to engage and work in close partnership with Church Leaders in the New Wine Leadership structure. It also requires an ability to develop strong relationships with partners, sponsors and potential/existing donors (negotiating new partnerships) and interest/experience in revenue generation.
This role is hybrid with a minimum of one day in the office (Tuesday) and will be considered on 4 days a week or full-time.
