Learning Communities

Going deeper together in leadership and mission

Learning Communities are a key part of the New Wine Leadership Network — designed to help leaders reflect, grow, and stay connected between national gatherings.

Each Learning Community is a small, trusted group of local leaders who commit to journeying together over time. They meet four times a year, including:

  • At the regional Leadership Days (coming together as a group)
  • In the weeks following, for deeper conversation, shared prayer, and practical reflection

These gatherings are hosted by a local leader and resourced by New Wine, with curated content and input drawn from the Leadership Days. The goal is simple: to apply what God is saying, grow in confidence and calling, and support each other in the joys and challenges of leadership.

As we pursue our vision of local churches changing nations, Learning Communities are one way we live out our strategic priorities:
  • Equip Leaders to lead healthy, Spirit-filled churches
  • Empower Younger Generations to rise into leadership and discipleship
  • Multiply Churches to bring renewal and growth across the UK

Joining a Learning Community

Learning Communities are open to:

  • Anyone who attends a Leadership Day
  • Others invited by a Learning Community leader

Whether you’re a senior leader, staff member, or serving in a key volunteer role, this is a space for honesty, encouragement, and growth. If you’ve recently attended a Leadership Day, you’ll hear more about how to join a Learning Community near you — or use the form below to register your interest.

Leading a Learning Community

Each Learning Community is led by a local leader with a heart to see churches grow and leaders thrive.

If you’re part of the New Wine Network and want to gather others in your region, we’d love you to consider becoming a Learning Community Leader. You’ll receive:
  • A clear role outline and access to curated content
  • Recordings and discussion guides after each Leadership Day
  • Two online gatherings a year for encouragement and input from the national team

These communities aren’t just about information — they’re about formation. As a leader, you’ll help create space for others to listen to God, learn from one another, and lead with renewed clarity and conviction.
