1. Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable.
2. In the event of changes to the programme or speakers, we are unable to offer refunds.

Why do I need to buy a ticket for worship nights?

We are sometimes asked why we charge fees for our worship nights, especially when lots of our churches gather for open Sunday services and midweek worship events.

We have a small ticket price for this event so that:

• We can cover travel & accommodation costs for the team between each night.
• We are able to provide food for team members.
• We cover any licensing, insurance and equipment hire.

We try to keep all costs to a minimum, and the majority of the team are volunteers that provide their time and skills without charge. We do this so that there is minimal cost to the local churches that we partner with, ensuring that we can visit areas based upon prayer and relationships rather than only visiting areas with the resources to manage such an event.
