Children and Families Minister - Full Time (part-time will be considered) Permanent Post–Reading

Salary £22,500 (or pro rata) plus 3 Bedroom House

Reading Gateway Church is a welcoming, vibrant, Spirit-led and diverse community which is looking for a Children’s and Families Minister to come and join our growing team. This is a key appointment for us as we continue our existing ministry and outwork our vision that God has given the parish: ‘to see South Reading experiencing and being transformed by the Good News of Jesus’.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who loves Jesus, has a passion for children's ministry and a heart to reach children and their families beyond the church community.

This exciting role will involve planning, organisation, managing teams, training others, and delivering an exciting and fun kid’s ministry. It will involve building on our existing children’s and families ministry and networks and pioneering new ministries both inside and outside the church in our community across South Reading.
