We are seeking a gifted and passionate worship leader to join us at Christ Church as we play our part, alongside our network churches, in seeing the church built up, lives transformed, and churches planted in Southend.
The purpose of this role is to take a lead in shaping the worshipping life of Christ Church - particularly musical worship - and to encourage creativity across the church. We recognise the importance of our worshipping life and we have a desire to be led deeper in our worship together over the coming years.
We are also looking for the successful candidate to take on an additional area of responsibility, for which there is some flexibility - more details in job description.
