We are seeking someone who is spiritually mature in this setting, who is a gifted leader and who is able to lead change well, who will invest in teaching the Bible faithfully with clear application to deiscipleship in the modern world and who understands the needs and challenges of a church that is spiritually and strategically moving from being pastoral to programme-sized.
