Worship and Creative Lead

In 2015 Movement was born with a heart to bring Youth and Young Adults together to meet with God in a dynamic environment with contemporary worship and bible based teaching that is practical, relevant and useful. Over the last 8 years Movement has grown from a single Worship Night to now meeting multiple times a year in many different locations across the South West. 

As well as Worship Nights, Movement has hosted a number of different equipping events such as our conference days and created new resources for young people and youth leaders to use in whatever setting they are in, be it a small home group, larger church youth group, school CU or for individual use. 

We’ve given young people the opportunity to be empowered and to continue to grow in their gifting, through serving on our team or being a part of our discipleship year. 

All of this has been underpinned by our vision to Engage, Equip & Empower Youth & Young Adults to be all that God has called them to be. 

We know that this is only the beginning of the Movement story and we know God still has more in store. 

We are grateful to have been successful in our recent funding bid to be able to now take the next steps in looking to grow the work of Movement and recruit new members to join our team for the next 3 ministry years.

WORSHIP & CREATIVE LEAD

(Part Time - 2 days a week)

We are excited to be recruiting for a skilled and enthusiastic person to join the Movement staff team to support the vision and work of Movement with a focus on Worship & Creativity, leading the delivery & development of Worship across all our gatherings (Worship Nights, Conference/training days etc) including the training and equipping of our volunteer worship team. Alongside helping us develop how we do things creatively going forward.

Note: One of our partners Churches in Bath, St Michaels Without is also looking for a Part Time Worship Leader to join their team and so the opportunity to combine the two roles to create a full time position maybe an option for the right candidate.
