Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is a senior strategic leadership role in the parish, with a primary focus to help our vision become a reality. They will help us deliver the operational culture, structure and support systems that will enable the church to function smoothly, grow and develop. We require a servant-hearted leader to work closely alongside church leadership with effective and efficient management skills to oversee the Operations Team, and specifically delegate responsibility via four key roles within the organisation.
