Limitless is a new youth-focused church plant serving the young people of Market Harborough and surrounding villages. We are very much in our infancy and still finding our feet a year in, but we are encouraged at what God has started amongst us.
We are seeking an individual who can help us widen our outreach and evangelism as a church. This role places a particular emphasis on enabling members of Limitless Church to engage in mission, outreach and evangelism. Rather than being responsible for delivering this, we are seeking someone who will come along side and encourage others, working together to see the whole church family empowered as missional disciples.
Whilst this is the overall aim, initially there would be a higher degree of hands-on modelling and ‘doing with’ to embed this practice within our culture. The Youth Mission Enabler would particularly take responsibility for the outreach, engagement and discipleship of young people at Limitless.
The post will be full time, initially funded for 2.5 years with a salary of £28,000 for the right person. We are actively seeking and confident of securing funding to extend the post beyond 2.5 years, and although we cannot make any guarantee, we are hopeful this can be confirmed by the end of 2023.
