Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will oversee the smooth and efficient operational running of River Church, as part of the senior leadership team. Responsibilities include oversight of finance, HR, compliance, reporting, facilities, and implementation of strategy.

River Church is a fast-growing 2 year old HTB plant, in the centre of Ipswich. We have grown from a team of 15 people to more than 250 (two thirds aged under 35) and have ambitious plans for further growth and church planting over the coming years.

Salary negotiable, dependent experience and qualifications.
