St Peter’s is a large, friendly, vibrant, evangelical church on the Hampshire/Surrey border. On a Sunday, around 300 people of all ages, united in their belief in Jesus Christ, worship God in varying styles. We already have active involvement with all ages from the local community, but, as the local demographics change, we have new potential and greater opportunities for sharing the Gospel.
We are looking for a man or woman who has a clear calling to serve, lead, teach and minister, in God’s love, to all those in our area. Could God be calling you to join us?
We are praying for someone who
· has a passion for leading us as we reach out into our community building on all that has recently been achieved
· treasures the word of God and the work of the Spirit and will encourage others to do the same
· can bring together a church that has seen much change during and after Covid and is able to foster a church culture where everyone feels that they belong and are valued
· has relevant leadership experience and a servant heart
· can inspire and love our church family, with its multiple views and preferences, utilising and working with a large team of clergy, staff, preachers, lay ministers and volunteers
