We’re looking for maternity cover for our Creative Growth Relationship Manager. They will support the development and implementation of the Creative Growth ambition for the Diocese of London by creating and following through on leads, tracking progress through the programmes offered by CCX and ensuring re-engagement after an appropriate interval.
The Creative Growth team works with parishes and individuals who would either like to be intentional in growing in health, depth and impact or would like to start a new thing in new or renewed ways. We work closely at a parish level and with the diocesan area teams to help develop and deliver their strategies. We do this through running courses or streams (Grow, Plant, Estates, Pioneer & Myriad) and events such as learning communities and conferences.
