Operations Manager

St Mary’s Church, Upton, Merseyside is looking for an Operations Manager to support a wide range of ministry and mission that happens throughout the week. Our vision is:to make a difference wherever we are, as we share faith for life in Jesus

The successful candidate will be an experienced and qualified manager, who possesses excellent people skills and a heart for healthy church growth. They will have a good understanding and experience of finance, HR, communications, health and safety, and volunteer development and be able to lead complex projects.

This is a new post and will be a leadership position within the staff team. It is an exciting opportunity for someone with the above skills and experience to make a difference to a lively local church.

We are looking for applicants who have an active Christian faith andunderstand the work of the Church of England.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) but we are open to discussing various arrangements.
