Embracing Scripture as its authority and pursuing increasing openness to the Holy Spirit in its spirituality, BEC has a vision for‘Seeing transformation in Rugby and beyond, as everyone follows Jesus.’ Leading our staff team, you will play a pivotal role in casting this vision and shaping a culture of missional discipleship; and so, with the Church Leaders, guide the church on a journey to see many missional communities established, with all the twists and turns that are likely to happen along the way!
