Cambridge and District Youth for Christ are looking for a Senior Youth Ministry Manager. The successful candidate will work with our Centre Director to oversee and develop our key ministry projects, Open House Wellbeing and Catalyst, and to manage our team of youth workers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Jesus and has a heart to see young people finding fulness of life in Him. This is a senior role with oversight of youth projects, recruitment, training and management of staff and opportunities for innovation.
The role is negotiable between 30 - 37.5 hours a week with a full-time equivalent salary in the range of £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience).
There is an occupational requirement that the role holder is a committed Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. The job is subject to a three-month probationary period.
