As Funding Streams lead, you will play a key role in growing the financial health of Fusion and helping fuel the wider activity and mission of the movement. You will build and nurture relationships with churches, trusts, grant-making bodies and major donors, delivering convincing and well-evidenced presentations and proposals to seek investment in specific projects and core costs for Fusion. You will also work closely with the whole Fusion Team in ensuring they have the necessary support, tools and theological underpinning to thrive in Ministry Partnership Development (MPD).

Fusion
Fusion are committed to championing a worldwide movement of student mission. We believe in the power and potency of students as a force for revival and transformation in the world and recognise that university is a key formational, decision-making time for them. We are convinced that it is the local church who are best placed to nurture, disciple and support students into mission across campuses, cities and beyond. Fusion, therefore, seeks to equip students for a life of mission and discipleship by guiding them into local churches that are trained and resourced to effectively care for and release students into the calling God has placed on their lives.
