We’re looking for a passionate and gifted individual to join our team full-time as a church leader.
This person will have a deep love for God and a desire to grow even closer to Him. They’ll have a servant-hearted attitude, be grounded in Scripture, and lead with authenticity and integrity—someone who helps others grow in faith by walking the journey with them.
Working closely with our current Leadership Team and staff, they’ll help shape and support the life and direction of our church, encouraging and strengthening the various ministries we have. Our heart is to reach the local community with the love of God and the good news of Jesus, so we're looking for someone who shares that passion and can communicate it with clarity and compassion.
We’re a family of around 100–120 people, including children, with a wide variety of weekly activities that aim to support and connect people across all ages and walks of life.
We’d love the person we appoint to live right in the heart of our community, which is home to a vibrant mix of families, couples, young professionals, and older adults—people we’re eager to reach and serve.
We’re based in a modern church building near the centre of Warwick, a beautiful and historic market town.
Saltisford Church
Saltisford Church is a lively, growing, independent church in Warwick. We’re committed to seeing God's message brought to life to make a difference to people in the church family and the local community alike. Saltisford Church is just outside the town centre, and close to mixed residential housing. We believe God's word is vital for the world in which we live. We exist to present that message in a way that communicates God’s love for our community, with practical expressions of that going on throughout the week.
