Community Development Worker: Oversee Community Meals, Coffee Drop-In and Ukrainian Hub, as well as liaison with local networks in order to identify needs in the local community, which could potentially be fulfilled by Beulah. Oversee volunteer team for specific roles. Ensure all activities are in accordance with church policies, procedures and other regulations, particularly safeguarding.
Worship Co-ordinator: To model and foster a culture of Spirit-filled worship that enables people to pursue the presence of God. Oversee and develop the sung worship with the current teams, including further development of our current systems of recruiting, maintaining worship song files, coordinate worship rota and introducing new songs. Develop and create opportunities for the youth and young adults to further grow in experience of leading and being involved in worship.
Youth Outreach Worker: Develop and lead the weekly, term-time and church-based open youth group for 11-16's, and develop an integrated 11-16 outreach strategy and programme. This involves research and implementation of materials to deliver relevant themes and activities that help enable youths to learn about the Christian faith. Organise and attend an annual summer camp. Manage a team of volunteers.

Beulah Baptist Church
We are a friendly and welcoming church made up of people of all ages, from all walks of life and from different nations. Our worship is varied and authentic as we lift up His name together. We expect God to meet with us and speak to us. We are also very active in our local community working alongside other agencies and running our own projects in order to express the love of God in a practical way. We have approximately 185 members and a Sunday morning congregation of around 250 and growing!
