We are a thriving evangelical and charismatic Anglican Church and you can be the person who can help us fulfil God’s vision for our community, by ensuring we are organised and structured with our administration. It’s a vital role on the front line and you are a critical part of the team.
You’ll be the point of contact for our church family and for the community engaging with the centre, you’ll take care of occasional bookings as well as invoicing and purchasing, you’ll be involved in operations team meetings tracking the actions, to make sure it all gets done! You’ll also work with our Treasurer to process our transactions on Xero and you’ll help our Safeguarding Officer and Operations Manager with our volunteer admin!

You’ll need to demonstrate the following:
- Good with numbers and IT
- Communication is a strength
- Comfortable both in a team and working on your own
- Warm and friendly, calm and approachable
- Accurate and an eye for detail
- Able to prioritise and make decisions
We’re offering a salary in the range of £22,932 to £24,479 per annum (£12.60 to £13.45 p/h) as well as a contributory pension scheme and relevant training and development opportunities. This role is offered on a permanent basis and is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are open to some hours being worked from home, but the majority of the role will be based on site (particularly during core morning hours). We are also open to applications from those who would be interested in working part-time, possibly as part of a job share.
