Chislehurst Youth for Christ has been making a difference to young people in communities in the borough of Bromley for over 20 years. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Youth Worker to lead and develop our youth team and activities in 2026 and beyond. About the role: Working closely with the CEO, this senior role will play a significant part in seeing our youth work develop and grow. With responsibility for leading and developing our youth team and youth work, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to use their faith-based passion, experience and skills to share God’s love in a relevant and practical way in our community.
About you: You’ll be a supportive manager, able to lead and develop our youth team as they deliver existing and new activities. A confident communicator, you’ll be able to connect with young people, and you’ll understand the different challenges and opportunities they face. You’ll be creative and strategic as you explore ways to increase our impact as we support young people through our work in schools, churches and in partnership with other organisations. In this senior role, your face-to-face youth work experience will be complemented by your organised and planned approach.

Additional information: There is a genuine occupation requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. The role requires an enhanced DBS check and references.
