Christ Church Spitalfields is located in one of the most creative, vibrant and multicultural communities in the UK with a global impact.
For almost 300 years our iconic building has been home to a worshipping community. Today, Tower Hamlets is one of the youngest and fastest growing boroughs in the country with 51% of the population under 29.
To reach this generation, Christ Church is taking the lead on a project through Strategic Development Funding to grow 6 new worshipping communities over the next 5 years to see a renewal of the way of Jesus in Tower Hamlets.
To do this, we need someone passionate about children and their families discovering the joy of following Jesus to join our team.
The aim of this role is to develop the current ministry for parents of young children, and start new initiatives to reach new families. We want children to know the love of Jesus, and for parents to confidently raise children to be his disciples. We want to create spaces where families from across our local area can find real, supportive community.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about evangelism and excited to equip both children and parents to grow in their own faith and share it.

Christ Church Spitalfields is a Charismatic Evangelical church in the heart of creative Spitalfields in East London. We are part of an exciting project to reach more young people across the borough of Tower Hamlets. Through Strategic Development Funding, three missional initiatives and six new worshipping communities are planned in the borough, and one of the key focuses will be on reaching young adults & students.
