Description of Job
1. To collaborate with the vicar, the PCC and its committees and the leadership team to ensure the operational implementation of the church’s vision.
2. To take a lead in the management and care of the staff team, helping to develop, promote and champion a healthy staff culture and sense of team.
3. To have operational oversight of the church’s resources and day to day management of the administrative staff.
