Description of Job

St Barnabas is a dynamic high-street church in North London. Our desire is for people to encounter Jesus, who is transforming lives and changing the world. The Worship Pastor would work alongside the vicar, other clergy and worship team to see our church worship together in a way that is joyful, passionate and intimate. They would be focussed on allowing the Holy Spirit to move and change us; seeing ways to develop a worship and prayer culture that prays for revival and equips us for battle.

They would have the musical talent and pastor’s vision to raise up and release a worship and AV team with skills to play and a heart for Jesus.

This is a permanent part-time post. 3.5 days per week (0.7 FTE)

Salary: Pro rata of £27-32k FTE (based on 35 hour week) depending on experience.
