As our full-time Youth Pastor, you will be responsible for implementing this vision at the heart of our youth ministry so that our young people are discipled and equipped to become people with a passion for Jesus, a heart for the lost and a desire to grow the Kingdom.

Building on the excellent work done so far, you will be responsible for developing and growing our youth ministry. You will be part of a supportive staff team and oversee a team of committed volunteers. In return, we offer a salary in the range £24,301-£26,615, a generous pension and a flexible working week (which will include Sundays and some weekday evenings).
