The Youth Outreach Worker will join the existing Youth, Children’s & Families department in leading an effective and exemplary youth ministry at The Belfrey, specifically targeting outreach to 11-18 year olds in local communities across York. This will include partnering with churches across the Diocese of York in delivering effective outreach ministry and with a variety of communities, charities and church projects in and around York.
We are looking for someone with experience in evangelism, leading teams and pioneering ministries. This could include - but not exclusive to - detached youth work, youth clubs, one-to-one coaching and mentoring.
