We want to resource the church as widely as possible and be generous to expand the Kingdom, but we also need to be prudent with our resources to sustain our organisation. The New Wine Online service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your New Wine Online membership we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the New Wine Online service and view New Wine Online content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public broadcast.

An exception to this is content clearly marked ‘limited permission to broadcast’. Church leaders using Team Talks to train their church staff is an example. We can consider permission requests for other content; please email us at info@new-wine.org with details of any such requests. Please know that we want to give away as much as we can, but we need memberships to financially sustain the platform for the long term. Please encourage others to take out their own individual memberships.

Another exception is personal use within your home, for example, to lead your small group though a New Wine Online course. This does not permit you to share your log-in details or to broadcast content online.
