Could you be our first ever Facilities Manager?

We are a large Word and Spirit Anglican church in the beautiful neighbourhood of Clifton, North West Bristol, affiliated to the New Wine Network of churches. We stay faithful to the Bible but also encourage freedom to encounter God within a warm safe context. Our highly committed and gifted Staff Team work together in the passionate pursuit of the heavenly transformation of people and culture in Bristol.

As our first ever full-time Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the care and effective use of the Church Building by both the church and the wider community,
  • Manage the usage of the building,
  • Plan regular maintenance,
  • Care for the building day-to-day, including repairs,
  • Champion health and safety across the church,
  • Support our worship gatherings. 

In return, we offer a salary in the range £26,500-£29,000, a generous pension and a flexible working week (which will include Sundays and some evenings).
