YOUTH AND CHILDREN’S LEADER FOR HOLY TRINITY BOSTON

Hours: 37.5 per week – Full Time including Sundays and some weekday evenings

Salary: £23,400 to £28,000

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative person to lead our well-established work with children and young people aged 3-18, within our church family and the wider community. If you have a passion to see young people of all ages, come to faith in Jesus and grow and mature in their Christian discipleship, could God be calling you to join our team?

This role would suit a person who has experience of working within a Youth and Children’s Ministry or department, who is looking for a new challenge. It would also be ideal for someone who is looking for a first paid role following a year of formal training with a recognised body, for example, the New Wine Discipleship Year or other similar training schemes.

You’ll join a friendly, committed and motivated team which aims to bring the best out in people. As part of this team, you will need to inspire, build and equip our volunteer team. In this role we expect you to present and communicate the Christian faith to young people in effective, creative, challenging and relevant ways. You will see opportunities and present ideas while working within the budget set each year.

A house opposite the church is also available for a reduced rent.

This post is subject to satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period.
